This rehearsal was pajama night!!! I didn't take many pictures during SAYS, but there were plenty taken in SAMS and SALS by our lovely accommpanist, DS. I will endeavour to put them on the site sometime this weekend.
Minis were adorable as always. We've finally gotten them to sing out during Reindeer Fun. Hopefully they'll stay this good for the concert...
Littles had some trouble staying on their part for the all together pieces. Turns out when you add different voices into the mix all they want to do is listen! At one point we got them to sing with our puppet friends (those listed in an earlier post plus some yet unnamed) and IT WORKED. Of course, we won't be bringing the puppets on stage, but it's still pretty brilliant, right?
Childrens rehearsal went well as usual. They insisted upon singing with puppets as well, although I doubt they really needed it. I think they managed to get through a quick run of the entire concert!
Youth rehearsal was productive as well. We did a quick run through of the entire show and practiced "Walking in the Air" with MMcK and LB accompanying on harp and flute respectively. We were the only choir that didn't sing with puppets... :(
