The Minis reviewed their songs, and also learned "Shout!", the last number of the Littles' show that the Minis sing with them. They also played London Bridge and reviewed their lines for the Littles' show!
The Littles went through most of their show, if not all--I was out helping at the front desk, so I couldn't say for sure. I am fairly sure they all had fun wearing their costumes (or pajamas) to rehearsal, though!
The Children's Choir reviewed most of their show. It's coming along pretty well! All that needs cleaning up are the transitions between songs and scenes and then we might be able to get through the whole thing in one rehearsal!
The Youth reviewed a scene in front of the choir, and also worked on another. We're making great progress with them. I'm very impressed by how many of you are memorizing your lines and staging so quickly. The Youth also sang through most of their songs, which are also coming along quite nicely. There are a few that could use just a bit more work, I think, but as long as everyone practices the trickier songs during the week between rehearsals, soon enough it'll all be fine.
In other news, our tech guy BO is going to see about moving the blog to be part of the official SAYMA website, since Weebly is still giving me trouble with new posts. Stay tuned for more news as the story progresses.
